Thank you for shopping with Golfie. Please review this shipping policy before placing your order.

PRODUCTION TIME

All products are made to order and produced within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods, we will contact you if a significant delay is expected.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days after production, depending on the destination. Orders of 5 or more items qualify for free standard shipping; rates for other orders are calculated at checkout.

The total estimated time from order to delivery is 10–20 business days. Delivery estimates begin after the production period and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, we will email your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. If a package is refused or returned because customs charges were not paid, the recipient is responsible for return or redelivery costs.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order is damaged or appears lost in transit, contact drop2.shopify@hyperwiz.org within 15 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number, a description, and photos when applicable. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 6 hours if you notice an error. We will try to update the address before production or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
